scanned pdf

What Hartshorne calls "the central religious issue" (italics added) is really a strictly metaphysical issue—namely, the issue about the credibility or truth of the metaphysical theism (or theistic metaphysics) necessarily implied by the constitutive assertion as well as the necessary presupposition of a particular religious faith, i.e., the radically monotheistic faith summed up in the Great Commandment.
