title | The Practice of Hereditary Succession in Korean Church from the Perspective of Karl Barth's Ecclesiology |
abstract | The primary purpose of this thesis is to explore the ecclesiology of Karl Barth as one of the appropriate sources for
dealing with the problems facing Korean churches specifically, his doctrine of ecclesiology, which he describes as being in communion with Jesus Christ.
By studying, Church Dogmatics, an effort will be made to analyze how Barth's doctrine of the church can be applied to Korean churches to solve the problems
that reflect secularized attitudes, especially the issue of hereditary succession that can be traced historically to the powerful influence of Confucianism
in the Korean culture. |
