title Vision Missionary as Life Changing Agent: A Case Study of Mission Project of Saejungang Church
abstract This paper highlights the importance of lay missionary work. If the church has an essential mission, it is surely the salvation of souls. By practicing the "Great Commission" and the "Great Commandment" spoken by Jesus, believers must live a missional life that transforms the lives of unbelievers. In today's society, many people are leaving the church or are quietly pursuing private faith without engagement. As a result, evangelism has become increasingly difficult in the context of the Korean church. Therefore, the church must explore new missional approaches. Ultimately, the church must transition from being merely a "gathered church" to a "scattered church," with every believer taking responsibility for sharing the gospel in their own spheres of life.

This thesis focuses on the concept of the Missional Church and explores the role of lay believers in living a missionary life. In particular, it analyzes the vision and lay ministry of Saejungang Church, a missional church, and examines specific missional visions such as "Vision 100.1000.10000" and "TARGET 2030: Go and Make Disciples."

Saejungang Church carries out ministries such as the Vision Missionary and Vision Campus. A Vision Missionary lives a missionary life at their own life base. This study seeks to examine actual cases and testimonies of such individuals. By analyzing their experiences, the thesis proposes a direction for living a missional life in everyday settings. Through this, the church emphasizes that missions are not just for those with specific roles, but that all believers are called to live as missionaries in their life context.

In conclusion, the church must fulfill its role as a community that trains all believers for a missional life and sends them out into the world, just as Jesus commanded. Believers, in turn, must recover their missional identity and take on the calling to proclaim the gospel from the places where they live and work.

When we recognize that our everyday life context is the place of God's mission and live as witnesses of the gospel, our missional identity is restored, and beautiful fruits will be borne in the expansion of God's kingdom.
