The purpose of this project is to identify the current state of faith in the MZ generation and to study the application of faith education for the MZ generation. I was ordained by the Korean Christian Unified Church and experienced as an educational pastor teaching the next generation in various fields. I observed the wrong aspects of church education being followed, and saw that the answers to them have been continued. However, in the flow of changing generations, Christian education was not easy to keep up with the flow of society, and I have personally experienced that it always lags behind and drives many of the next generation out of the church.
It can be said that it is an important task for Korean churches to connect generations to generations to face the generational change, to understand the MZ generation, which can be called the middle generation, and to prepare a plan for faith education for them. Therefore, the whole Bible program was presented for religious education for the MZ generation. Seeing the Bible the Tong Bible, perspective which is tied into one frame through a holistic, synchronic, and diachronic method, was in line with the characteristics of the MZ generation. In addition, in the course of the research, I was able to be sure that the Tong Bible was the alternative linking not only the MZ generation but all generations. In the field of church education, through the Tong Bible program, it was confirmed that communication between teachers and students can be done through the Bible, not through play. Without ignoring the cultural keyword of communication, it was possible to find a link between generations through a communication tool called Tong Bible.
This thesis examines how the Word of God works transcending generations and suggests that the most basic means of revelation is the Bible. And, the Bible contains the heart of God, and the means to convey the heart of God best to this generation is the Tong Bible. Furthermore, all Christians must return to the Bible again, and the passage through which we can recover as a good community in this world will be the Tong Bible.

본 논문의 목적은 MZ세대 신앙의 현주소를 파악하고 MZ세대를 위한 신앙교육 적용방안을 연구하고자 한다. 본인은 한국 기독교 통합교단에서 안수를 받고, 다양한 현장에서 다음세대를 가르치는 교육목사로의 경험을 하였다. 답습되고 있는 교회교육의 잘못된 모습을 관찰하였고, 이에 대한 해답이 이어져 왔음을 보았다. 그러나, 변화되는 세대의 흐름속에 기독교교육이 사회의 흐름을 따라잡기 쉽지 않았고, 항상 뒤쳐져서 많은 다음세대를 교회밖으로 내몰게 만드는 것을 몸소 체험해왔다.
세대의 변화를 직시하고 특히 중간세대라고 할 수 있는 MZ세대를 이해하고 그들을 위한 신앙교육방안을 마련하는 것은 세대와 세대를 잇는 한국교회의 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 그래서 MZ세대를 위한 신앙교육을 위해 통성경 프로그램을 제시하였다. 통전적, 공시적, 통시적인 방법을 통해 하나의 틀로 묶는 통성경의 성경을 보는 관점은 MZ세대의 특징에 부합되었다. 뿐만 아니라 연구과정 가운데 MZ세대 뿐만 아니라 모든 세대를 연결 짓는 대안이 통성경임을 확신할 수 있었다. 교회교육 현장에서 통성경프로그램을 통해 교사와 학생 간의 소통이 놀이가 아니라 성경을 통해 이루어질 수 있음을 확인하였다. 소통이라는 문화의 키워드를 무시하지 않고 통성경이라는 소통의 도구를 통해 세대 간의 연결고리를 찾을 수 있었다.
본 논문은 하나님의 말씀이 세대를 초월하여 어떻게 역사하는지 살펴보고 그 수단이 가장 기본적인 계시수단인 성경이라는 것을 제시한다. 그리고, 그 성경이 하나님의 마음을 담고 있으며, 그 하나님의 마음을 가장 잘 이 세대에 전할 수 있는 수단이 통성경이라고 본다. 나아가 모든 그리스도인들이 다시금 성경으로 돌아가야 되며, 이 세상에 선한 공동체로서 다시금 회복할 수 있는 통로가 바로 통성경이 될 것이다.
