This project presents the 'Lecturer Course' of the Bible Tongdokwon as an alternative to the Bible re-education program for pastors. Lecturer Course is a course to systematically study Byoungho Zoh's 'Tong Bible Methodology' as a course to train pastors to read through the Bible. After graduating from seminary and starting the ministry, he spent more time in the ministry field rather than studying the Bible. Therefore, it is a sad reality that sermons continue to be narrowed down to parts in the midset of limited opportunities such as short time for Bible study and institutions for re-education.
The lecturer course of the Bible Tongdokwon considered that the 'Tong Bible' methodology education was appropriate and effective for pastors' reading and interpretation of the Bible, so the curriculum of the lecturer course was reviewed step-by-step. The Pastoral Lecturer course was taught every Monday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm for 12 weeks at first, and has since been conducted over two weeks as an intensive course for 2 nights and 3 days.
This project is intended to help pastors, who always have to study and concentrate on preparing sermons, to study the entire Bible and give ample sermons without biasing the Bible to parts or falling into illustrative, verse-based, and separated book based. I would like to propose a lecturer course that is effective in providing a curriculum that is suitable for pastors as a Bible reeducation program.

본 논문은 목회자들의 성경 재교육 프로그램의 대안으로 성경통독원의 ‘렉처러 코스’를 제시한다. 렉처러 코스 목회자들의 성경통독 강사 양성 코스로 조병호의 ‘통(通, Tong)성경 방법론’을 체계적으로 공부하는 코스이다. 신학교를 졸업하고 목회를 시작하면서 성경 연구보다는 목회 현장에 시간을 더 할애하게 된다. 그러므로 성경 연구의 시간이 짧고 재교육을 받을 수 있는 기관 등 기회의 제한 속에서 설교는 계속해서 부분으로 좁혀지는 안타까운 현실이 되고 있다.
성경통독원의 렉처러 코스는 이러한 목회자들의 성경 읽기와 성경 해석에 있어 ‘통성경’ 방법론 교육이 적절하고 효과적이라고 보고, 이에 렉처러 코스의 커리큘럼을 단계별로 살펴보았다. 목회자 렉처러 코스는 초창기에 12주에 걸쳐 매주 월요일마다 아침 10시부터 오후 4시까지 학습했고, 이후 인텐시브 코스로 2박 3일씩 두 주간에 걸쳐 진행하고 있다.
본 논문은 설교 준비를 위해 늘 연구하고 집중해야 하는 목회자들이 성경을 부분에 치우치거나 예화주의, 요절주의, 권별주의에 빠지지 않고, 통(通)의 방법론으로 성경 전체를 공부해 넉넉한 설교를 할 수 있는 커리큘럼을 제공하는 데 효과적인 렉처러 코스를 목회자의 성경 재교육 프로그램으로 제안하고자 한다.
