This study is a study on the growth of lay faith through one on one student rearing. Misconceptions about faith growth and maturity are scattered in the Korean church. Most of them are the number of services, the amount of donations, and the number of services . All can be written in numbers. However, although the number has increased a lot, the credibility of the Korean church is gradually decreasing.
In this reality, many believers experienced the growth of faith through one on one raising of disciples I exper ienced. Along with the growth of faith, worship, donations, and service naturally increased, and God was experienced together in life, and the confidence of salvation was also clearly established.
So, we will look at what one on one is through years of one on one student rearing at Chungil Church, a one on one student rearing festival program that compensates for one on one shortcomings, one on one e mailing to meditate on one on one student rearing, and a testament to change.

일대일 제자 양육 을 통한 평신도 신앙 성장에 대한 연구 : 충일교회 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 일대일 제자 양육을 통한 평신도 신앙 성장에 대한 연구이다 . 신앙 성장과 성숙에 대한 오해들이 한국교회에 산재되어 있다 . 대부분 예배 횟수 , 헌금의 양 , 봉사의 숫자 등이다 . 모두 숫자로 표기할 수 있다 . 하지만 숫자는 많이 늘어났지만 한국교회의 신뢰도는 점점 추락하고 있는 실정이다 .
이런 현실 속에서 필자가 경험한 일대일 제자 양육을 통하여 많은 성도들이 신앙의 성장을 경험하였다 . 신앙의 성장과 성숙이 동반되어 자연스럽게 예배 와 헌금 , 봉사 또한 늘어났으며 , 삶 속에서 하나님이 함께 하심을 경험하며 , 구원의 확신 또한 명확하게 가질 수 있게 되었다 .
충일교회에서 수년 간 진행된 일대일 제자 양육 사례를 통하여 일대일이 무엇인지 살펴보고 , 일대일의 단점을 보완한 일대일 제자 양육 페스티벌 프로그램과 일대일 제자 양육을 좀 더 깊이 묵상할 수 있는 일대일 메일링 , 변화의 모습들을 담은 간증문을 통하여 일대일이 주는 큰 유익들이 무엇인지 살펴볼 것이다 .
본 논문이 종교화 되고 있는 한국교회 성도들에게 신앙의 성숙과 성장에 조금이 나마 도움을 줄 수 있기를 기대해 본다
