The methods emphasized in Tong Bible School and 21st Century Leader School reflect the ways in the Bible. When the Israelites entered the Promised Land, Moses stressed the importance of teaching children with God's laws, and likewise, Joshua also told the people to pass on their faith and teach their children that "God is love."

With this message at the core, this project conducted a study using three steps. The first was to theoretically examine what 'Tong Bible School with 300 households' and '21st Century Leader School' entails. The second was to explore how these programs were implemented in church. The third was to assess and review the outcome of the implementation.

The main theoretical framework is Dr. Byoungho Zoh's Tong Bible School which unravels the whole Bible as one story through the cross of Jesus Christ. Tong Bible school starts from the age of 5 in each household and parents are to teach their children about a Kingdom of Priests, the five empires in the Bible, and the Kingdom of God. With this layout, a child is to grow up and attends 21st Century Leader School to be comprehensively educated thereon.

Located in the countryside, Seosan Church has a 76-year history. In recent years, through Tong Bible School and Tong Bible Reading, church members of all ages have been working collectively to educate the next generation by building an education center before building a chapel for passing on faith to the next generation.

The desired outcome is that Seosan Church's 300 Household Tong Bible School and 21st Century Leadership School will become a stepping stone for family worship, with the ultimate aim to ensure that faith is passed on to the next generation.

‘300 가정 통通성경학교’와 ‘21세기 리더 학교’는 성경이 강조하는 방법을 그대로 교회와 가정에서 실천하는 것이다. 모세는 약속의 땅 가나안에 들어 갈 만나세대를 향해 자녀들에게 하나님의 말씀을 부지런히 가르칠 것을 당부했고, 모세의 뒤를 이은 가나안 정복의 영웅 여호수아 역시 “하나님을 사랑하라”는 대 전제하에 자녀들에게 믿음의 대代 잇기를 강조했다.

이와 같은 목적에 따라 본 논문은 다음과 같이 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째, ‘300 가정 통通성경학교’와 ‘21세기 리더 학교’의 이론적 배경은 무엇이며, 둘째, ‘300 가정 통通성경학교’와 ‘21세기 리더 학교’는 교회에서 어떻게 진행되었는지, 그리고 셋째, ‘300 가정 통通성경학교’와 ‘21세기 리더 학교’를 실제로 교회에 적용한 결과는 어떠했는가?

이론적 배경인 조병호의 통通성경을 통한 성경통독과 통通성경학교는 성경을 예수 십자가 One Story로 파악한다. 가정에서 5살 아이가 제사장 나라, 5대 제국, 하나님 나라에 대한 큰 그림을 부모에게서 이야기로 듣고, 교회에서 21세기 리더 학교를 통해 그 내용을 채운다. 동시에 통通성경학교를 통해 부모 교육에도 게을리 하지 않는다.

신형섭의 가정 예배 건축학은 가정 예배 실패 사례를 스스로 기록해 봄으로 각 가정에 맞는 가정 예배를 자녀들과 함께 세워가게 했다.

서산교회는 창립 76주년을 맞이하는 지방에 위치한 역사 깊은 교회다. 그러나 통通성경학교와 성경통독을 통해 나이에 상관하지 않고 다음 세대에 믿음의 대代 잇기에 한 마음으로 예배당 건축보다 교육관을 먼저 건축하여 다음 세대 교육에 매진하고 있다. 서산교회의 ‘300 가정 통通성경학교’와 ‘21세기 리더 학교’가 한국 교회 믿음의 가정마다 가정 예배가 든든히 세워지고, 다음 세대로 믿음의 대代 잇기에 하나의 징검다리가 되기를 기대해 본다.
