title Holistic Development of the Congregation through Tong Sermon : A Case Study of Habseong Church, Masan, Korea
abstract It is God's law that all living things grow. It is also God's will that faith changes and grows. Preaching has a great influence on the religious growth of the congregation. Dozens of sermons a day are being broadcasted or spread to individuals through various media. However, the current reality is that the faith of the congregation living in the flood of sermons is not growing in proportion to it.

The reason sermons are important for the growth of the congregation's faith is that the word of God is accurately proclaimed through sermons. This study aims to study and present the effect of Tong sermon for the holistic faith growth of congregations.

For the study, a literature research method was adopted that comprehensively analyzes and organizes literature related to Tong sermon and contents of the Bible, and based on the results, it was applied to the Habseong church' Sunday worship service that I preached for 52 weeks.

In order to understand the effect of Tong sermon on the holistic growth of faith in the congregation, written and in-depth interviews were conducted with Habseong church members to originate the results, and the impact of Tong sermon on holistic faith growth in the congregation was summarized.

As a result, visible changes began to appear in the lives of the church members. Through Bible readings and daily prayer meetings, the congregations themselves were making efforts to grow their faith, and more participation and dedication to missionary work, relief and evangelism began to happen more than they used to.

Seeing that the religious growth of the congregation is fully reflected in the life of the congregation through the conviction of faith toward God within, as well as the determination of God's through the proclamation of the right word, I have known and realized that Tong sermon is affecting the religious growth of the congregation.
