The Practice of Polydoxy in Polyrepresentational Parishes
| | abstract |
This project explores theological multiplicity within multi-denominational congregations. Pastors of Local Ecumenical Partnerships (England) and Federated or United Congregations (United States) were interviewed to understand their congregations and practices of ministry. Based on the work of Catherine Keller, Laurel Schneider, et al. in 2009 the phenomena of theological multiplicity and intentional plurality was explored through the framework of polydoxy.
